@Modifiedmortal Umm, a week isn’t really a long time my friend….your muscle fibers are prob still repairing themselves after the beating they took during week 1. What you should do with your diet is really pretty dependent upon what your goals are…?
Hey not trying to waist your time ( thats all we really got in this world lol ) but could you tell me what you eat ( or show where it is a video or something ??) and you have been spending alot of money on workout gear lol i got shit 15 pounders :/
I have p90x and I do it everyday and have done it for like a week and I don’t feel different … I even run everyday .. I dont have the Money to change my nutrition ( food ) should I lower my cals and have more protein?
@f50totti I would say definitely! In fact, I’d rate diet/nutrition/supplements as at least 60% of people’s results.
i really admire your courage and determination to change especially. Im looking into trying p90x. Is a maintaining a healthy nutritous daily diet a big factor?
@MrGiggidy18 You can do P90X everyday, sure – in fact, you’re supposed to. As far as doing this routine everyday, I do it every 3 days or so as a supplemental workout

@randeDANDE I would set a caloric goal (like 3,000) and then concentrate on trying to make your ratios of protein, carbs and fat from those calories equal a 40/40/20 split.
continued from 1st post. so i was wondering if i should just eat whatever right now and get 3000 calories. like rice and teriakkyi chicken or fried rice with salmon or something. or noodles. those are what i usually eat. i just eat until im full i usually dont count the calories. or should i follow a guide getting 3000 calories and a certain amount of protein/carbs/fats/ etc. if so is there a calorie calculator you recommend

thanks man i checked out your nutrition guide. look nice. do you know any calorie calculators i can use? i’m 5’8 and i’m 15 years old. i’m still growing and im only 130 pounds. which is small. most calorie calculators is for “lose weight or gain muscle while losing weight” i’m looking to gain weight while gaining lean muscle. i heard i should be getting around 3000 calories a day cause im skinny and to not worry about what i eat as long as i get 3000 calories right now because i’m only 15. cont
